No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to process any exchange requests.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the package.

• The video must show:
• The sealed package before opening
• The full unboxing process
• The item clearly visible in the video

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

An exchange will only be accepted if:

• The item received is damaged.
• The wrong item was sent.

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange request.

Condition for Exchange

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
